Taking it with vitamins from the same company in the morning improved my dry skin and diminished face rashes significantly over the past year. However, I need to take it daily; if I stop for a week, the rashes return. It's crucial to include other omega acids in my diet (fish/oil) as capsules are only a supportive measure and not a panacea.

Headaches experienced
I purchased this expensive supplement for its wild fish source and brain health benefits. However, it caused severe headaches after three weeks. Upon stopping, the headaches disappeared.
